The Sub-Committee meeting held at CropLife Pakistan Lahore Office. The participants unanimously elected Mr. Azeem Niazi (Bayer) as Lead of the sub-committee while Ms. Neha Azhar elected as Co-Lead and the focal person for legal affairs. Various decisions were taken for the future course of action.

Sub-Committee of CropLife Pakistan Association on Regulatory Affairs met on Thursday, 18th January, 2024 at the Head Office of CropLife Pakistan wherein various matters came under discussion. The important matters discussed include minutes of 64th Sub-APTAC Meeting, discussion on Residues, Apostille and Two Crop Season matters. During the meeting, the Sub-Committee nominated a few persons among member’s companies for Cotton Whitefly Control Committee constituted by the Federal Secretary of Ministry of National Food Security and Research. This Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Friday, 22nd December, 2023 for the purpose to mutually promote and cooperate for portfolios including sustabinable agriculture, crop protection and knowledge dissemination between the two organizations.

This Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) was initially signed on Monday, 1st February, 2021 at MNSUA Multan. However, the same has been renewed on Monday, 17th April, 2023 for another two years.
